Welcome to Lux Light Meter: Illuminance (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") is entered into between you and the App developer (hereinafter referred to as "we") regarding your download, installation, and use of this App.

1. Scope of Agreement

This Agreement applies to Lux Light Meter: Illuminance and its related services. The content of this Agreement includes the main text of the Agreement and all rules, announcements, or notices that we have published or may publish in the future. Once officially published, the above content becomes an integral part of this Agreement and has the same legal effect as the main text of the Agreement.

2. App Usage Rules

2.1 License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use this App on mobile devices that you legally own or control. This App is designed to estimate illuminance and related light metrics for everyday reference, including environment measurement, optional photography and plant analysis features, and local record keeping.

2.2 Measurement Disclaimer

Measurements provided by this App are estimates based on the device camera and software algorithms. Results may vary by device model, lens, calibration, covering, and lighting conditions. The App is not a certified measuring instrument and must not be used as a substitute for professional illuminance meters, laboratory instruments, or legally required inspections.

2.3 Usage Restrictions

You shall not engage in the following activities when using this App:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of this App;
• Remove, circumvent, or modify copyright notices or other proprietary marks in this App;
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or transfer the right to use this App;
• Use automated programs, robots, or similar devices to access this App;
• Use this App to engage in any activities that violate laws and regulations or infringe upon the legitimate rights of others.

3. Subscription and Purchases

3.1 Subscription Options

This App offers the following purchase options for Pro features:

• Weekly Subscription: Auto-renews weekly until cancelled
• Yearly Subscription: Auto-renews annually until cancelled
• Lifetime Purchase: One-time payment for permanent access to current Pro features

3.2 Payment and Renewal

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3.3 Cancellation

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Intellectual Property

All ownership, copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property rights of this App, as well as all information content related to this App, including but not limited to: text, images, audio, video, graphics, interface design, layout framework, and related data are protected by applicable laws and international treaties. We own the above intellectual property rights.

Without our written consent, you may not use, copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use the above materials or content for any commercial or non-commercial purpose.

5. Privacy Protection

We attach great importance to user privacy protection. This App does not collect any personal user information, and all user measurement data is stored locally on the device and will not be uploaded to our servers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

6. Disclaimer

6.1 Service Guarantee

We will make every effort to ensure the stable operation of this App and the reasonableness of its estimates, but we cannot guarantee that this App is completely error-free, always uninterrupted, or that any measurement is absolutely accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties regarding the applicability, reliability, accuracy, completeness, or validity of this App.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including but not limited to data loss, device damage, incorrect lighting decisions, photography mistakes, plant care outcomes, etc.) resulting from the use of or inability to use this App.

7. Agreement Modification

We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Modified agreement terms will be published within this App or on this page without additional notice. If you continue to use this App, you are deemed to have accepted the modified agreement terms.

8. Agreement Termination

This Agreement will terminate under the following circumstances:

1. You voluntarily uninstall this App;
2. You violate any terms of this Agreement, and we have the right to terminate your authorization;
3. This App cannot continue to operate due to force majeure or other reasons.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The conclusion, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws. If any dispute arises related to this Agreement, both parties shall resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a court of competent jurisdiction.
